Pros (+) Monique ran the front desk like an orchestra conductor. Breakfast room was well stocked and neat as a pin. Cleaning staff did a great job too.
Cons (-) Traffic noise on busy street made it hard to get to sleep.

Pros (+) ALL the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs enough to be friendly and accommodating. Pool private, big enough to do laps. Breakfast awesome! Linens comfortable. Price good value, a 10 minute walk to the beach Plenty of parking in lot.
Cons (-) poor internet with personal laptop, and even business center computer. Only my husband was able to connect to the room wify.

Pros (+) Desk staff allowed us to check in early after making the reservation just moments before online. We had just gotten off a cruise and we were exhausted. Breakfast was really good for being free. Rooms are nice. Laminate floors and renovated bathrooms. The inside was totally different from what you saw on the outside which was cool.
Cons (-) Apparently there's only one elevator in the entire building (not even a service elevator). This didn't seem like an issue at first until all of the maids were using it alllllll day which caused us to wait longer just to get downstairs. That was the only irritating part of the stay.
