Pros: Very new car!
Cons: We had a pretty full plane and unfortunately, with so many people renting a car, the lines were pretty long. However, the desk people worked diligently and cheerfully to get to everyone as soon as they could!

Pros: Deer Lake staff very helpful & friendly. Car (ford edge) was perfect for the trip.
Cons: No drop-off instructions for early AM drop-off in St. John's. Had to ask an airport employee - not a Budget employee - how it should be handled. Stressful.
