The manager was very pleasant and helpful. His morning staff was very nice, too.
The room was freezing from the air conditioner. I turned it off, and tried to open the window to warm up the room, but couldn't open the window. And so I tried turning on the heat, and my smoke detector went off in the room, and smelled up the room. I had to call the manager, who opened the window for me, and explained that the unit was fine, not burning. But I unplugged it, anyway. I was nervous. Manager was very nice. There was a fire the second night, and we had to evacuate. We stood out in the parking lot for a couple of hours. Fire was from one of those heating/air units. Many people checked out. Once I was allowed in, I checked into another room at the same place. They gave me a room on the second floor. And there was no odor.

They were construction in the hotel it was a little disorder for the price. Should have dropped price for the inconveniences

Very nice spacious room, clean. They are in the process of updating, and renovation but they had signs in those places and it didn’t affect our floor. Looks like it will be beautiful when finished. Staff were all gracious, knowledgeable and smiling.
