Wonderful
Michael, Jun 2023
Greatest hotel to stay in Dallas near the city with a waterpark and everything for kids and several restaurants inside the hotel. It's a big hotel with plenty of amenities for the family. Poor
Neil, Feb 2022
Place is old, outdated, and generally awkward. Staff made mistakes in getting us our room which meant walking back and forth across the huge complex several times - with bags. Paid $300+ a night for poor accommodations which is terrible value. Door to bathroom hit toilet. Things were dirty. Lights didn’t work. No water or mini-bar. Wouldn’t stay here again.
