Tim, Feb 2026
The hotel felt old and worn. Carpets had bare spots and the coffee maker and toilet failed during our stay and we had to be moved to a new room. Also, the door was left open by the service staff and the front desk manager was not available to discuss recourse.

Cons (-) We liked it overall. Just had a few rough patches at the beginning when they had problems finding our resevation and then when she asked if we wanted double beds then gave us keys to a single bed.

Pros (+) The room was fantastic, and everything was clean. The hotel employees were nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. Also I’ve seen the complaints of being charged for parking. We were not charged once and the gates were always up. Hopefully that’s a permanent thing. There’s nothing worse than a hotel that charges for parking.
