Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms, making it suitable for families and those seeking value. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unhelpful staff and language barriers. Cleanliness is inconsistent, with several guests noting dirty facilities and maintenance problems. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and kitchen equipment are often unavailable or require extra fees, leading to disappointment. Overall, while the location and room size are strong points, improvements in service, cleanliness, and amenities are needed.
