Pros: Other spa facilities were great Breakfast was tasty Rooms are large and confortable Evening drink and snacks were a really nice touch!
Cons: Sauna wasn't very hot when we used it
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful property... a typical cusqueña house with a touch of modernity.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice staff and a great room.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: the breakfast place is cute and the breakfast is very nice. people there are awesomely nice and friendly.
Cons: nothing i don't like. this is by far my best hotel experience in Peru.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Amazing staff and they even surprised me with a birthday cake and sang at breakfast! The team looked after our bags while we on the Inca Trail and when we got back they had our bags ready in our room along with a Pisco Sour. The bed was comfy and the hot tub was also great.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. On a quiet one way street, but only a short walk from restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself is beautiful and typically Peruvian. The gardens were lovely with many water features. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. The bathroom too was great with a bath and separate shower. Wifi too was very good. We found all of the staff to be extremely helpful.
Cons: Nothing really, we were over all delighted with our choice of hotel. My only slight criticism would be that the check out is very early, they are happy to store your bags, so it wasn't too bad.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Staff, breakfast,
Cons: Tea making facilities not always topped up. Night porter on our last morning was rude and unhelpful. Room 12 decor too modern given the age of the property but that is my personal opinion
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The only thing better than the facilities was the service of every member of the personnel.
Cons: Everything great.
Good 7,9
Pros: Breakfast, location, large room 12 , reception staff
Cons: Night time porter, double bed dip in the middle, decore mix of old and modern
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff at the hotel were par excellence! They were so helpful all the time. The welcome drink was very well thought out with cocoa tea to help us with the acclimatisation. We were also served Pisco Sour which is an excellent local drink. The property is very homely and the whole experience was very memorable.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Trio of women traveling the Inka trail; lovely room with outstanding beds. Service was outstanding, to include hotel arranging for a clinic visit for one of us with an injury. Bar was good, breakfast was excellent. Spa also used, to include massage service.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Upgraded to beautiful suite. Everywhere was walkable. Bathrooms offered outlets with your choice of voltage. The breakfast accommodated late and early risers. The property itself was worth wandering and exploring.
Cons: I wish I had received an email about the tour offerings before I arrived so that I could have planned my days with those in mind.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Fantastic hotel, in an old castle where you are still able to see or even stay in the old remains/style (certainly if you book the colonial rooms). Very very very luxurious and already amazing to walk through. Breakfast is amazing, a massive variety with a very high quality. Also a-la-carte possible. The colonial rooms are very spacious and look amazing and have a great view. Service of the hotel is exceptional and very high level.
Cons: At arrival we receive a number of extra's which are 'standard' included for specific rooms. However the extra's are not as nice as they seem; 25 USD gift card per day for the Spa is not really useful if everything is EXTREMELY expensive. All treatments are even twice as high as you would pay in The Netherlands. Secondly the one free Pisco Sour per person per day; if you don't drink Pisco Sour or don't drink alcohol at all, they are NOT willing to offer in alternative. This is really poor service. Thirdly; free internet (this is standard in ALL hotels in any large city in Peru). Lastly; other activities, if you request the hotel to arrange something you will pay 4 to 6 times as much as when you arrange it by yourself in the city. It was a nice experience, however completely overpriced. Not value for money.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Hotel is very unique and beautiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the ambien during the breakfast - beautiful pan flute music and a very lovely baby alpaca in the courtyard :-). Highly recommend.
Cons: none
Good 7,9
Pros: Very beautiful space with much history. Extremely good bedding and pillows, shower pressure was fabulous. Very nice breakfast buffet although service for tea and eggs was mediocre.
Cons: Our deluxe suite was facing a busy street and our bed was literally shaking from traffic on the street. I actually believed we were experiencing earthquakes until I realized the shaking had to do with the acceleration of buses on street.
Good 6,8
Pros: Location, view
Cons: At checkin, Roger sat us down and energetically told us our room was not ready (we were early) and suggested we upgrade. I said no, so he asked me if we "really wanted" the room we had reserved. I explained we were tired from the long trip and asked if he could watch our bags and we would return later. He persisted in excitedly selling the upgrade. At checkout, no one could explain why I was charged 40 dollars more than what was listed on the bill. (The visa receipt did not match the folio) Of course it was the 10 percent charge at checkout that does appear in the booking email. These games were surprising at an spg hotel. .Everyone Was very nice while they created a sense of confusion that (of course) costs the traveler money. (I am sure worse for those who speak no spanish).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent customer service
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Attentive staff like I've never seen before. Taking care of every need and going above and beyond to make you happy.
Cons: The hotel is a little old and could probably use a face lift.

Pros: Historic feel and great Bahroom
Cons: Breakfast could be better..much
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel was absolutely fabulous. Every single members of staff was absolutely great and so friendly. Location was perfect.
Cons: -
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breaktast (included) was very good. Restaurant was clean and servers attentive.
Cons: The shower door did not prevent water from leaking out into the bathroom. We didn't think to ask for additional towels in advance - they would have come in handly for getting excess water off the floor. Not fault of the property or reflection on it but visitors should be very vigilant in the area especially at night. My friend and I were approached on several occassions by individuals offering to sell us ililcit drugs and people aggressivley begging for money. This, of course, can happen any where - just pay attention to surroundings in /around the tourist Squares.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We had a long trip throughout Peru and Bolivia, and this was the best hotel of the whole trip Exceptionally clean, stylish and cozy rooms Friendly and dedicated staff, desiring to help Magnificent breakfasts Located right in the city center
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,6
Pros: A great place to stay in Cusco, amazing way to relax after a long day in the chaotic city. The staff is very helpful in every way possible. The room we had was very spacious.
Cons: Our room did not have good WiFi coverage.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything is great, location , room, bathroom , staff and breakfast.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Out of all the 5-star hotels I've visited, this was definitely the most comfortable and luxurious! Since I was sick for a few days, I really wanted a room I would enjoy, so I asked for a room with a nice view. Unfortunately, the classic buildings in Cusco are built to face an inner courtyard, so unless you book a suite, you'll have a window facing a hallwal. Luckily for us, there was an upgrade available and we got it free of charge. This room was gorgeous with a super high ceiling. Really impeccable. The rest of the hotel is beautiful enough to take a stroll through, just like a museum (they even offer an audio tour). We were also very well taken care of, as we got our very own vegan breakfast spread served at our table!
Cons: No netflix in the room. Instead, you get DirectTV which is annoying to manage.

Cons: nothing applicable

Pros: Service was their specialty. Staff was very attentive. Mentioned a birthday celebration in my initial communication with the hotel, and my daughter was surprised with a beautifully decorated plate of birthday cake on the day. At midnight on Christmas eve, fireworks went off all around Cusco and the surrounding hills. It was a stunning display, and an excellent reason to travel to Cusco for Christmas. Truly a highlight of our trip!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great location. Professional staff.
Cons: Felt a bit cold. Not many people around. Price very high compared to other excellent options in area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel is fantastic. It exceeded our expectations.
Cons: The bed and pillows were a bit too soft for us.

Pros: I have stayed at many luxury boutique hotels around the world and Nazarenas has set a new standard. The facility’s first class +++. The attention to every detail, the service and the staff are unmatched.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: breakfast was extensive and delicious, staff were great - we left at 3am to Machu Picchu and they packed us a breakfast to go that morning. provided a map and advice for travelling the city and free airport dropoff. spacious comfortable room. location is a bit far from city centre but very quiet and there is a small convenience store across the street. uber to the city centre was only 7 soles
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice staff Clean and cozy rooms Attention to details
Excellent 10,0
Pros: What an exceptional time I had here! The staff was amazingly friendly from bona fide good recommendations for food to providing a hotel cell phone to carry and call when ready for their friendly taxi service back. They provided me a packed lunch every morning for my 0400 excursions! About 10 minute taxi drive from Plaza de Armas, it wasn't super close to most touristy things but it was located in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood which was relaxing. I would stay here again with absolutely no regrets! (I was a solo traveler in town to backpack Inka Trail/Machu Picchu, Winikunka, Laguna Humantay, etc.)
Cons: Bathroom can get cold due to the ventilation/exhaust system continually drawing in air.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful especially after we returned from the airport unannounced because our flight out of Cusco was cancelled. The breakfasts also were delicious and abundant. Top notch service. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The noise at night from the barking dogs that could be heard in some of the rooms. The location isn't the greatest if you want to walk downtown. However, the hotel offers terrific and inexpensive transportation to and from downtown. Also they provide free pickup and delivery from and to the airport.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Fantastic staff, well organised hotel. They offer everything you need for your stay in Cusco. Rooms are basic but clean. We booked our day trips to Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain through the hotel. Both were really good and seemed to use highly professional tour companies. The location is a little further from the town centre than other options but it’s much quieter. I would certainly stay here again.
Cons: The room had no refrigerator or anything. Only a minor thing though really. Not many negative things to say about this hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: A very good breakfast each day. The staff was warm, friendly, and very attentive. They treated us like family. We travel a lot throughout the country and have never had a better hotel experience in Peru than this one. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Pros: Very nice quiet, clean and comfortable facility. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Pros: This hotel is very basic but more than adequate. It is clean, quiet and has everything needed. It is a very good option for an overnight near the airport. Did not have breakfast so cannot rate that. Less than $4 for a taxi to the airport 10 minutes away. Very inexpensive for a nice small room.
Cons: Difficult to regulate water temperature in shower.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff, especially Cecilia. Help with tours. Great breakfast. Great vslue for the money. Safe. A couple mile walk to Centro historico.
Good 7,9
Pros: Location is near the airport which was desired. Supermarket at the corner. It's not for walking around in the neighbourhood but it was not what we were searching for.
Cons: Blankets didn't look very clean
Good 7,5
Pros: The property is well located near a supermarket and a Main Street with plenty of buses that take you everywhere. There are lots of restaurants around too and a shopping center just 7min away.
Good 7,0
Pros: Room was simple. there is a balcony on a last floor (available for everyone), area looks safe, there are restaurants and a market, was not close to city centre but mostly flat walk. Lady speaks a little english. Nights in Cusco are very cold, but hotel was warm. We had a hot water in the shower.
Cons: Hotel looks very old, need some refreshment and repainting (looks not as nice as on pictures). Bathroom smells strange. Breakfast was too simple, no selection, no cheese, only scrambled eggs and jam. WiFi disconnects. No parking, only place in front of hotel, not secured.
Okay 4,0
Cons: They forced me to pay in cash. The room was very cold.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, and just off a main street so it is easy to get a taxi. Just a short taxi ride to airport or old Central Cusco. Location is easy for taxi drivers to find when you want to get back to the hotel. She made breakfast early for us when we were leaving on an early train and daughter got the taxi for us the first few times to make it easier for us. They also arranged for a lady to meet us at the airport and get us in a good taxi to come to the hotel. It was nice not to have to find a taxi ourselves. They also kept our suitcases while we were at Machu Picchu for a couple of days. We just took small packs with us so we wouldn't have to carry much while exploring the sacred valley.

Pros: It was very good to deal with booking.com
Cons: The hotel we booked deal with us as we paid very little money that the way to give us the very poor room upstairs. So what explain in booking wasn’t true.
Good 7,5
Cons: The curtain weren't that opaque and there was a safety light right in front the window which means the room was lighted all night long
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Breakfast was really nice and everything was homemade! Accommodation was clean and staff was very very helpful and kind. Apart from shower and location, everything was good.
Cons: Location was a bit too far from the centre. Especially when you are struggling with high altitude, it takes quite a long time to go to the main square, etc. We stayed at 3rd floor, and shower sometimes just became cold, and then became hot a bit later, repeated a few times. Our guess was the hot water is intercepted by other floor users...?
Okay 5,0
Pros: Kind, helpful, friendly staff. Plant-lined courtyard. Scrambled eggs and coffee!
Cons: Weak, soft floor that I constantly worried I would break through. Tight space for 4 adults traveling with luggage for each.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay with Marco and Ronald alot! They really tried (and succeed) to make us feel at home! The garden is beautiful and we loved the animals around (2 dogs, cat, chicken, rabbits and even humming birds!) Dora took very well care of us with a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and the bed is comfy. Even though its a bit away from town we considered this place totally worth it. We come back here after Machu Picchu

Cons: The lobby was always dark with no staff. During check out, the staff didn't know how to use the credit card reader, did not end up asking for help, and made me have to pay in cash which was not a method of payment I wanted. This was overall a very poor experience.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything.. it was spotless and room was beautiful.
Cons: Needs more food options or more places that deliver maybe
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I was only there a few hours before a flight, but the staff was so helpful and worked with our difficult schedule.
Cons: bathroom smell, but it was completely blocked off and unavoidable for the owners.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms with high-pressure and hot showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the airport in a nice neighbourhood of Cusco with many restaurants closeby.
Good 7,9
Pros: The location close to airport and in a nice clean suburb.
Cons: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Only bad thing was no hot water for a shower, and the noise of the traffic kept me up all night.
Good 7,0
Pros: The neighborhood is safe and close enough to the airport.
Cons: Far away from the touristy stuff. Breakfast was advertised as starting at 7 am but when we arrived both days at 7 am breakfast was not ready, and we ended up starting our day a half hour late both days because we were waiting on breakfast. The hotel has nothing to do, no Pool, no rec area, nothing. You are a 5 dollar Uber way from the good stuff but the neighborhood is clean and safe. Family friendly .
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staffs make me comfortable , late check out and the most important thing is that help me acclamitize with that thin air in the city when I arrived in their hotel. Also the airport pick up
Cons: Perhaps if they can add more variety in their bfast and to place drinking glasses and a bottle of free water in their room and to add shampoo and slippers too hope I’m not asking too much :)

Good 7,5
Pros: A clean, honest hotel with a restaurant on the top floor with 360 views of Cusco. Very good English speaking receptionist. The Peru Hop /Bolivia Hop terminal is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, on the same street.
Cons: There is nothing we did not like, and there is nothing that was exceptional.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice staff. Good location. Everything clean. Restaurant on the top with wonderful view!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Large, comfortable, clean and attractive rooms Front desk staff is excellent , very helpful, and knowledgeable about both Cuzco and outlying areas (Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, etc.)
Cons: Breakfast is ok, but the crew that attends to tables and oversees the breakfast buffet is lackadaisical bordering on indifferent (tables and floors aren't cleaned after guests leave, coffee urns run completely out, no cold milk for cereal) Interior noise is loud due to an open central staircase, early tour bus departures, and inconsiderate guests
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfortable room very good breakfast staffs pleasant and helpful
Cons: Everything was great
Good 7,9
Pros: Restaurant staff were excellent especially Jefferson. Free breakfast was excellent with amazing 360 views of Cusco. The night views at dinner are stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is spotless. The cleaning staff were amazing. I've never seen a stairway so clean! We we able to leave our bags for 4 days while we hiked the Inca Trail.
Cons: Got a phonecall asking about passport information even though we had already given our passports to be scanned at check in, and the phonecall woke us up at 9:30pm before our 3am tour pickup. There is a railway line outside the hotel which can be very loud in the early mornings. The road is also noisy in the morning. Location isn't great, bit far from anything and no shops or restaurants.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff, facilities, high rise
Cons: No A/c in room. It was a bit cold.
