the restaurant had very good food and wine, great service. the place is beautiful.

Probably the biggest plus of the hotel is its location, together with the beautiful views that it enjoys. The service is good, the rooms are adequate. The breakfast is plentiful and varied.
1. Some of the towels in the bathroom were torn. 2. We asked reception to enquire about time schedule of Holy mass in Covilha and were never given a reply. 3. TV channels are very limited; given that patrons are of various naionalities, satellite TV should be available.

Poor desk clerk availability to help. Low quality and variety of available food at the hotel restaurant, considering the price. Lack of cleanness of the surrounding area. Poor maintenance of hotel facilities.
