The room was clean and well looked after. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Travelodge was central to shopping and restaurants. It was possible to walk to almost anything you could want.
The room was small with to much furniture in it. TV could have been better but, was serviceable.

Great location. Plenty of parking available. Excellent value for money. Reception staff where very welcoming and I'm sure they would have helped, had we had any special requests.
The beds are a little hard, but you cant expect too much for this price range. Unfortunately they no longer have their waffle machine out at breakfast, that''s almost a deal breaker if you ask me.

The staff was very friendly, the made-for-me omelet was delicious, the beds were comfortable and the price of the accommodation was great.
We have stayed at this property before for 3 night stays. We have been very disappointed when we’ve stayed there in 2019 for multiple stays. The beds were not made on any mornings, the washcloths in the tub were not removed nor clean washcloths given to us. The last time we stayed Christmas 2019, the included breakfast was bare bones with white bread, little bagels, dry cereals, packets of instant hot cereal, and a fresh fruit; but the omelette was great. In the past there’s been yogurt, danish, little muffins and brown bread. We’ll be back in Courtenay this March, but will be staying at the newly renovated the Super8.
