Pros:My fiancé and I stayed at Bayside Inn & Marina for 1 night. It was a lovely stay. The room was ready for us when we arrived, check in was simple. The room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness which was huge for me. We walked down to their beach/picnic area and it was beautiful. The views of the lake and the lake water itself - gorgeous. We just sat outside for most of the evening. When it was time to get dinner, we asked for a recommendation of light fare and got a great one, came back to the hotel and ate by the lake. The next day we were able to get up and borrow one of the hotel kayaks for free and take it out on the lake for an hour, so beautiful! When it was time to leave, we asked for a recommendation for brunch and were sent to the Double Day cafe in Cooperstown and had a wonderful meal. Overall a great experience, I would definitely go back!
Cons:The hotel isn't within a reasonable walking distance to Cooperstown center but it's an easy price to pay for the gorgeous lake views and access.
Pros:Extremely friendly staff, well kept grounds, clean rooms, quiet, beautiful lake view, will stay every time i go to this area!! Had a fire in the firepit out by lake at night and met new friends. Took their kayak out in the morning at sunrise. Beautiful!
