Pros: Clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff was excellent. We left an item in the room after we left and they went and searched and then allowed us to go back in and look for the item. Very accommodating.

Pros: Honestly, I was expecting a "motel" but the staff & cleanliness of the room made it higher than that. It was a great price for what we got on our stay. Also, they had night security checking the cars which was nice. I will be using them again.

Cons: First thing walking into the room it smelled strongly of marijuana. Like someone had just been in there smoking. Room was dirty other than clean towels and soap. Half roll of toilet paper Sink had toothpaste and soap reminanse in sink. Cockroaches when I turned on the light in the evening. At 2:30-5am loud construction and Spanish music playing. When called the front desk to let them know our concerns the man was rude and hung up on me. Rooms did not have coffee maker or microwave. Says wirlpool. But there pool and spa are never open and rooms don't have wirlpool tubs. In the morning I asked to speak to manager and was told he was not available. I asked for late check out and was told no even though at check in the nice man said to confirm it with morning staff. I wanted a refund or another room but was brushed off. I have given then a lot of my business and am disappointed with there customer service. Thank you

Pros: The location on the highway was good and convenient for traveling through. And the price was good for the area. The room was very nicely kept and clean. The outdoor pool was open, though not heated, so was cool, but acceptable for the time of year. The flat screen tv worked well, as did the HBO channels. The king bed was comfortable.

if traveling with kids do not go to this place. Kids will drive you crazy for not having internet. Have to log in every 5 min. and it is running on a 2 or 3 g network. It will just buff forever if there is any connection. Worst place I every been, and I travel at least 2 time a year with my family.

The outdoor pool was open, though not heated, so was cool, but acceptable for the time of year. The flat screen tv worked well, as did the HBO channels. The king bed was comfortable.
Cons: The shower head put out a very firm spray which was uncomfortable to use for very long. The air conditioning unit worked well, but didn't have a setting for cooling with the fan on continuously. The unit cycles on and off as cooling is needed, and it was quiet; we like the ones that the fan stays on for background noise. There were no tissues in the room. We requested them at the office, and the attendant said he would bring some to the room, which he never did. Maybe they don't supply them anymore. We could hear the tv from the adjoining room, but it was quiet after 10 pm so didn't bother us.
