Service was severely lacking. Requested via phone to replace the broken coffee machine in room on Day 1 - not replaced, on Day 2 again requested via phone, not replaced. Asked for toilet paper as there were no spare ones in room - did not bring it within an hour or so as it was urgent, again called, asked if they can help, brought it within 5 mins.
