7,1 Good
Pros: Clean. Overpriced
Cons: Price and didn’t give me my points for booking through booking.com For over 100$ night room x2 I think they were terrible for not doing this to help customer. Every hotel I have stayed even using booking has given me my points. I even called them before booking was only a dollar cheaper than booking Told the lady She never advised about the points. But I’ll look for another place next year. Been staying here for about 3-4 years when traveling

Pros: I have always loved staying in Drury Inn and Suites. You can’t go wrong with breakfast and dinner.
Cons: During taco night they ran out of tortillas. Asked for more and they brought them out. The only negative thing about this, there was no utensils to pick the tortillas up with. Other hotel guests were using their hands. Really gross, especially knowing not everyone washes their hands and/or knowing where their hands has been at. Didn’t eat that night and ordered Pizza instead.

7,1 Good
Pros: Updated room and furnishings
Cons: Room bathroom could be more cleaner
1,0 Poor
Pros: nice staff, heat/AC was good, good water pressure in tub/shower, bath had lots of space for ADA needs and LOOKED updated (see other part of review), great location at convention center, average free motel breakfast
Cons: bed harder than the floor, no water pressure in sink, flush button on top of tank under corner of shelf where I hit hand on corner more than once, pillows full of fluff that did not support but shifted sideways to surround head-flat on mattress-like a hat
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for our event .
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was right next to some top restaurants to eat at.
Cons: U could here people running up and down the halls all night ling. Guess they didn't remodel the hotel with extra padding you could here everything..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exterior of hotel is being renovated. It appeared that the interior was recently done. The room was very clean, clean bathroom with a nice shower, and comfy beds. Hot breakfast each morning was very good.
Cons: N/A
7,1 Good
Pros: The rooms were nice
Cons: Construction on outside , the breakfast was not outstanding
7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel staff was very thorough. She was unable to locate my booking initially. (My error, I had forgotten that I’d made the reservation in my mom’s name. Leslie was wonderfully detailed. Her attention to detail ensured we weren’t double charged. The beds were VERY comfortable.
Cons: The facility was decent but not as nice as other hotel within the brand. We stayed overnight as a restpoint on our trip so hotel quality and the surrounding area were fine for our purposes. However, it would not be my choice if we were staying in the area for a longer period. However, I noticed the Collinsville location was rated as a 2 star hotel while the other locations I’ve frequented were 3 star. Given its rating, the hotel exceeded my expectations of a 2 star hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast offering was great with the waffles. The beds were comfortable, and the wi-fi access was decent. Good parking. While I'd stay here again, there are numerous other places that I would recommend over this hotel.
Cons: The bathroom needs a a bit of attention, it just had a cold uninviting feel to it. The base board of the walls were needing to be cleaned a bit better, the hand rails in the shower need to be properly resecured

Cons: The room smelled really bad. The bathroom vent didn’t work. I stayed up sat night scratching. When me and my boyfriend went looking there was a bed bug in my bed so when i went to tell the desk about the bug the man said he could move the room. There was a lady that was a real B**ch gone say it was a tick. Either way I don’t want no bugs in the bed with me. Breakfast was horrible. 5,8 Okay
Pros: Location was close to many places we wanted to go.
Cons: The floor in the room hadn’t been vacuumed before our stay and there were 2 or 3 items we found by stepping on them. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, as it had previously been pulled out of the wall and not replaced. I was given one for the room when I went down to the front desk. The chemical levels in the pool caused my and my granddaughter’s eyes to sting after only having been in the pool for about 20 minutes. Lacked adequate dresser drawers for the 3 to 4 people that the room is advertised to accommodate. Room service was skipped one day during our stay and the 2nd shift desk clerk was fairly rude when I reported needing some items. A person came up promptly and gave us what we were needing, but failed to come back and replace a garbage can that disappeared the day before.

Pros: Clean, large and very comfortable.
Cons: Facility was perfect, not the staffs fault but from 10:30 pm through 12:06 am the kids in the adjacent room kept us awake from their continuous jumping on the bed and bouncing off the wall thus making banging noise.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I wanted to swim but the pool was very uninviting. It looks like it needs to be repainted or redone. I did not want to go into it.
4,8 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean.
Cons: We thought we rented a room at a 3star EconoLodge. We were surprised to find that it was not an Econolodge. It was an America’s Best Balue Inn with 2 stars. The receptionist said they had just changed their name to EconoLodge. However, everything about the Inn was America’s Best Value Inn. The business cards on the desk, the pens, the paper pads, etc all said ABVI. Even the wifi network was ABVI. The hallways smelled like marijuana smoke. The window of our room on the ground floor was closed when we checked in. When we came back from dinner it was open approximately 2-3cm and there was no way to lock it back. Being in the ground floor, there should be a way to lock the window from the inside. The front receptionist gave us a wooden bar to place on the window to ensure it could not be opened while we were sleeping. No bed bugs.
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything clean and comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was a little lacking. What little that was offered was not stocked well. There was not very much room for sitting in the breakfast room, very small and crowded.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and stocked. We felt very safe and comfortable here. We definitely will be staying again, at the end of April.
Cons: Three of the pillows were too thin and the other one was hard as a rock. We also didn't have time to use pool but we walked down to look at it and it looked a little green to us.
6,3 Good
Pros: Nothing but the pool!
Cons: I didn’t like how they wouldn’t give you sheets if needed and how they wouldn’t let us take breakfast back to my room have to wake my son up out of his sleep so he could eat ...... if I pay my good money I shouldn’t have to do that !!!!
5,8 Okay
Cons: When I first arrived the door wouldn’t lock unless you pushed up on the handle. Luckily, the fixed it. The bathroom was WAY to small and crowded. When I arrived back to my room that night, we turned the ac on because it was extremely hot in there. The air was barely working. The room was clean though and it was perfect location for the reason we were there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and helped us out in way we needed. Rooms was very clean and in great condition! The pool area was nice. Steps a little slippery but that was the only thing.
Cons: Nothing!! Everything was amazing!!
5,4 Okay
Pros: The front desk gentlemen were very nice.
Cons: When we made it to the room, we found a old moldy potato in the microwave and the pool wasn't the best. We stay as it was the half way point to our destination so for a late evening of driving all day and getting up that next morning to do it all over again, this hotel was just that. A place that had a bed, a toilet, and a shower. Nothing less, nothing more.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the fact that the floor was solid not carpeted. Bed was a little soft but it still slept good.
Cons: N/ A
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located.
Cons: The cleanliness and wear of the hotel. Pool looked to have discoloration or just need to be relined due to age, pool wasn’t warm at all, air conditioner in room highly needs to be updated doesn’t push enough cold air, furniture and beds need to be updated. Breakfast offered was very minimal, no eggs bacon or sausage.

Pros: Staff. Very nice to me. Nice room.

Pros: One of my rooms was not ready but we didn’t know this til we opened the door and found tv o9 on, beds unmade, towels in bathroom floor. Pros: Ok option if you're in transit and need a quiet place to sleep overnight. Friendly staff. Late night food options right around the hotel. Seemed safe as opposed to options available in St Louis.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Location and price
Cons: The room was not clean. Fingerprint smudges and dirt were clearly evident on the inside of the main door and on the light switches. The place had an unpleasant aroma, as though air freshener, disinfectant, tobacco and cheap perfume had been combined into an obnoxious odor and distributed through the air conditioning unit. Instead of having to smell that, w had to turn off the air conditioning. Guess you get what you pay for.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast area with a variety of meal option. Easy access to the highway but far enough for the noise not to penetrate.
Cons: Pool was closed.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The air conditioning worked well. The fridge and microwave were a plus. Having Denny's right next door was nice as well. Down the road from a Walmart is also another perk.
Cons: Check out time is 11am. I did not expect room service to come around so early in attempts to start cleaning my room at 9:45am. I checked out ASAP as they clearly wanted to do their job and I had to carry on earlier than expected with my day.
