Manager and the staff were terrific. The elevator was under construction and the other elevator only went to the fourth floor so we had to walk up five floors or take one elevator walk across the building and walk up to floors. I was worried if there was a fire we would all be in trouble. The maid service were all really nice, but there weren’t enough of them so I room never got made up after the first day. We stayed three nights
The manager adjusted my rate which certainly Went along way to compensate for the shortstaffed and construction.

Nothing due inferior quality of staff in front desk
Housekeeping not touch room up to 7:22 p.m. not clean no toilet paper. The manger in duty unable to take action. Room had bad odor and smell they refused to change the room when check in, only the lady apologized without action. The guy in front desk had bad temper want to fight with me when I requested towels and toilet papers in 2nd night . Shortage in food in breakfast. It's very difficult and bad experience I will never reserve again. Management very poor and they are liars
