Very poor breakfast experience, and subsequent lack of responsiveness from hotel management. Check in experience was flat.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers highlighting exceptional service at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Cleanliness was noted as a strong point, and many found the location convenient for exploring local attractions. Breakfast received positive feedback for quality and selection, though a few mentioned it could be improved or was not varied enough. Room size and comfort were also praised. However, some guests reported issues with odors, noise from traffic or other guests, and occasional maintenance problems, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
