Pros: Very nice place, clean, Quiet and beautiful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The thing I liked the most is the kindess from the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. The room is very nice and clean, the bathroom also. The wifi is working perfectly and the reception is opened 0/24. This hotel was exactly what I needed for my first stay in Ciudad Real. It’s the best 2 star hotel I have ever been in.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Definitely staff was great during all our stay, friendly, helpful, and always looking after us to make us feel at home. Our room was at the newly renovated part, and that was great, all looked brand new, clean and in mint condition. They have no parking, but there is a street just nex to with lot of places where to park.
Cons: Location, not really a problem, as in Ciudad Real everything is close, but it is not in the city center. Space in the room, it is enough to stay, but it was desireble some more. No breakfast provided, but apparently that is something they are going to change.
7,9 Good
Cons: Noise travelled from other rooms disturbing my sleep.somebody above walked about from 3.00am to 5.00am on a marble floor which was very noisy.

Pros: Comfortable clean rooms, lovely breakfast, staff were great even though there was a language barrier they were very accommodating. Great central location, right beside main square full of restaurants and shopping.
Cons: No iron in room had to be requested and no bar or restaurant on the premises
4,6 Okay
Pros: The bed
Cons: Although the hotel was not full they put me in a room right next to a generator that stopped and started every 5 minutes, did not even get 1 hour of sleep. When I complained the next morning the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. And didn't even say im sorry to here that !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
Cons: Lovely hotel in great location
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was excellent and all staff were professional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, couldn't be more central for local facilities and amenities. Rooms were a good size, warm and comfortable. All areas we were in contact with were spotlessly clean, tidy and easily accessible. Happy with cost (despite breakfast being a bit disappointing - I'd eat elsewhere) - would be my first choice when back in the area and would happily recommend to other travellers.
Cons: Cold buffet/continental breakfast was good but hot options were scrambled egg or chorizo - both of which were warm rather than hot. I was expecting a bit more than 2 hot options to choose from going by previous experiences of hotels of similar standards and breakfast costs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly situated, comfortable, friendly staff

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The wine and food are amazing! The staff are lovely. It’s a beautiful place.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This was our second stay and as excellent as before. We had the tasting menu in the restaurant and bought wines from the shop when we left. The room was very comfortable with a fabulous view over the countryside. Breakfast was basic but included in the price. Bathroom lovely. I am sure we will be back.
Cons: Nothing - we loved everything and would have loved to stay in the Summer and try out the pool.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The cat The price was cheap The wines - very good - but we found they are sold cheaper in a nearby supermarket.
Cons: Where do we begin - once upon a time this has been a wonderful hotel but has been let go. There is a lovely restaurant which has been awarded Michelin stars 2013/14/15 but now only opens 2 hours for lunch everyday and 2 hours Friday & Saturday nights only. Don’t expect to be fed at night unless you have pre- ordered a cold meal to be prepared at lunch, otherwise only cold tapas are available. The bedroom was getting ready for a repaint, the bed very firm, no fridge or complimentary water, everything else in there was fine, but if there is a storm the power trips so you have to re-insert your room key into its electric point. We did a wine tour, only the 2 of us and our guide spoke less English than we speak Spanish, we were given notes in English, our guide met us at the hotel and advised when it was built, he then took us to the winery pointing at the fields on the way, it was Sunday so nothing was operational yet it was mid harvest, but he went through their processes and we established the grapes were grown naturally with no addition of pesticides or insecticides but harvested by machine over a 2-3 month period by vineyard staff only. He then showed us an area of wines reserved for families who are part of their wine club, we then ended up in the restaurant for our ‘tasting’, he arranged for us to be given a glass each of Talva with cured Monchello cheese, then went into the kitchen as he was the chef. We were offered no further wine to taste. So we got fed we decided to have the Sunday lunch, we choose a set 3 course menu which included water, wine & coffee for €27 each, the starters were excellent, the mains we both choose wrong for our tastes, the sweets were good, we got 2 glasses of wine each but no coffee, service was not the best but probably due to the language barrier, the Spanish got far better service, with top ups of wine and coffee. We struggled to find the pool which only had 1 sun-bed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms incredibly comfortable, excellent view and cleaned.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Energetic staff running between the reception and shop to serve. The wine tour is a lovely experience for our family. Great food pairing with wine in the restaurant you shouldn't miss them.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Hotel room was clean and quite big, has potential to be good.
Cons: The hotel is no way a 4 star hotel, there is no possibility to get dinner except on weekends. the breakfast is really poor, The Bodega is only open in weekends. TV is really tiny. Left a day earlier than we were going to do.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We booked for a weekday, knowing that the restaurant would be closed in the evening, and had the lunchtime tasting menu with accompanying wines, which was excellent value. The room was comfortable and the location lovely. There was no food available in the evening although we could get liquid refreshment. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: No hairdryer in the room. Apparently you have to ask for it at reception, but I didn't know that. Apart from walking round the hotel grounds there wasn't a lot to do. You need to drive to the nearest town.

6,3 Good
Pros: It’s central location
Cons: The air conditioning is not very good I struggled to sleep
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice to have a pool
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Housekeeping were amazing, travelling with spouse in a wheelchair, got me extra pillows and a shower stool within half an hour of asking. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room was spacious (Junior Suite). The hotel has a faded splendour atmosphere with lots of Art Deco furniture details. Spotlessly clean. Restaurant food was very good value for money, Menu del Dia to be recommended, and I loved the way they poured you a glass of wine and then left the bottle on the table. Hotel well situated for seeing the sights. Hotel is wheelchair accesible with ramps everywhere, I didn't request a disabled access room, so wheelchair would not go through the bedroom door, but I was informed at reception on arrival that this was the case and asked if I would prefer a disabled room.
Cons: The lift was small and I had to drag the wheelchair to actually place it diagonally in the lift which left little room for me. If you have a long electric wheelchair it would not fit (however there may be a disabled room on the ground floor - I didn't request a disabled room). Be warned that room service for food is only available during restaurant hours, doesn't state this on the Room Service Menu. Breakfast was a little rudimentary and had to go to the bar to request coffee, which was very good.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great underground parking
7,1 Good
Pros: The best was the pool
Cons: I got a scratc on my neck because of the zip from the pillow
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good underground car park - helpful staff - good town centre location.
Cons: Breakfast rather dull.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great girls very friendly and helpful,

Pros: We felt like guests in a home rather than a hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: The bed was a bit hot but cold if we took off the duvet. It would have been better to have a light blanket or at least a sheet. But then we didn't ask about that.

Cons: there was nothing to dislike about our stay.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location and feel of the hotel plus underground parking

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Warm, clean, nice bathtub
Cons: No scramble eggs/bacon for breakfast
7,1 Good
Cons: There was too much noise from the bathroom of the other room. Also, the cleaner made a lot of noise in the hall

6,0 Good
Pros: The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. I wish we would have had a chance to try the restaurant - it appeared to be a local favorite spot for lunch.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A treasure if you wish to escape all those giant chain hotels. Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of hot water. Restaurant provides a variety of well prepared economical meals. Easy ,short and no uphill walk to train station where you can also take city buses or a taxi. Supermarket next door and a convenience store on the otherside. All staff were cheerfully exceptionally helpful!
Cons: Was wary of the stairs but when we expressed this reservation when making the booking we were assured that staff would carry our bags up and down which they did, much more personal than an elevator.
7,5 Good
Pros: Price and convenience
Cons: Lack of facilities and no obvious restaurant, this is mainly a work stay over below Premier Inn standard.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location
Cons: People were smoking in another room, and the smell of the smoke was our room too.
