Cons: Ensure all rooms have fridge/mini bar facilities the water pressure in the shower was very low unlike the one from the foot shower facilities which was excellent. 8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room, good bathroom, and buffet breakfast (cereal, cold meats, cheese, pastries etc). Close to city centre and train station
Cons: One of the beds creaked every time you moved. Annoying at first, but once asleep it was ok. (Never mentioned it to reception, and probably not representative of all rooms)
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good staff and a cracking Hotel in a pretty Central Location. Free secure parking is a huge bonus! Ideal for a walk around this part of the City. Breakfast was outstanding in fairness! The room and facilities were superb. Lots in people in the Public areas with associated noise, but Hey! this is Spain and the room was quiet.
Cons: Just that the air con was failing in the room. We were there for only one night, so mentioned it on leaving. The rest was well over expectations.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. There was usually a good choice at breakfast and there was parking. It was close to tapas bars.
Cons: We were disappointed with the pool area. There were only 5 sunbeds for a fairly large hotel and they were old and didn't work as you'd want them to. We stayed 3 nights and the fresh orange machine only had anything in on our last morning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have used this Hotel before so we knew what to expect
7,0 Good
Pros: This hotel provided excellent value at 60 Euro per night and 7 Euro for breakfast. The location is 'okay', it's not somewhere we would go back to.
Cons: No hot food was available on the evening we were there (a Sunday) with the restaurant closed for a function and the cafe only serving sandwiches or cold tapas. Town was no better and after a long drive it was a severe disappointment.

Cons: The challenge of parking and negotiating very narrow streets in our SUV .
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: We arrived at 5 am because my mum had passed away and the receptionist was very rude complaining about the time we arrived. When I told her the reason her answer was that she didn’t have rooms with a balcony then we told her that we didn’t mind that we only wanted to rest and that they didn’t like people to arrived at night they should not allow us to book a room from any website. The tv didn’t work properly and the light from the bedside table neither when in the morning we told a different receptionist he didn’t apologize and just took our key.

The room was comfortable and the location lovely. There was no food available in the evening although we could get liquid refreshment. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: No hairdryer in the room. Apparently you have to ask for it at reception, but I didn't know that. Apart from walking round the hotel grounds there wasn't a lot to do. You need to drive to the nearest town.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: No bath plug or means of making a hot drink. The receptionist didn't speak any English, which made chick-in a bit difficult.
6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel is on the mam drag and right next door to a super market. We could have taken a bus for local sights, but we chose to walk, since we were close. Ciudad Real is a college town, so walking is easy if you take your time
Cons: We asked for a three bed room. They put the third bed in front of the closet doors, so we could not use it. No one spoke any English, so we passed on asking for repairs (bidet was broken/ leaked and the filter in the overhead heating unit was clogged with dust and dirt), and no one could tell us how to handle a parking ticket.
6,8 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean sheets and a hot shower.
Cons: Rooms were a little dated
6,3 Good
Pros: Location near the train station. Ten minute walk into town.
Cons: Noise from other guests..
6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel was reasonably comfortable although the decor and furniture was old. It was clean and the bed comfortable. We were at a conference, so only used the hotel for sleeping.
Cons: The staff were nice. In the restaurant people were smoking and the service was slow - we were going to have breakfast there but left for these reasons. Not impressed with the restaurant at all.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Short walk to town centre.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and clean. Although the bathroom looked old it all worked very well. The staff were helpful and the hotel bar did good tapas. Hotel is very convenient for the train station.
Cons: The room had a lot of road noise - if visiting again would request a back room. Also, it is quite a long walk to the centre of town.
