8,0 Excellent
Pros: Value
Cons: The free breakfast could use some fresh fruit and a waffle maker.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed, a quick good night's sleep on our road trip. Overslept and missed the free breakfast so we can't comment on that. Didn't stay long enough to see if the pool was open.
Cons: Room smelled a little musty, nothing a shot of air freshener and running the AC couldn't help. Seemed more like a 2-star than a 3-star, and a little overpriced.
4,2 Okay
Pros: It was close to where we were going to an event.
Cons: The sheets were like sandpaper, there was no way to get bottled water unless you had exact change, the front desk was no help and the tap water was not great. The only positive is that no one walked away with any bug bites.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean, warm, towels that do-not scratch, a triple plus for that. Young, middle age, and elder that clean your room, and I meant the clean room the old fashion way, dust for real ,everything. I have allery, and it did not bother me. A real sit down reaturant with all the fixing for a real breakfast...superior
Cons: Nothing
4,0 Okay
Cons: Room smelled like smoke. Beds were hard and you could feel the springs. Bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper when we got to the room. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Light fixture above the bathroom sink fell off. "Free breakfast" was only for 2 of our group. It was a mediocre breakfast at best.
7,4 Good
Pros: The buffet breakfast was great. Make sure to bring some cash to tip your waitress. I left my wallet in the room and had to go back and get it.
Cons: The hotel used to have smoking rooms as evidenced by the smell in the Air conditioner.
6,0 Good
Cons: Didn't clean our room!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Decent value for the money. Reassonably quite. Clean comfortable rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included.
Cons: Ok, no fruit on the breakfast buffet.

9,4 Excellent
Pros: We had driven 4.5 hours and so we arrived at 12pm it was too early to check in. We parked over in Harrah's parking lot and walked around and gambled for a bit and then checked in. The casino is literally right across the street so we walked over to check in before moving the car. Our room was ready, on time and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and the bathroom was much larger than expected. We stayed in a King and the bed was super comfortable, so much so that I had no trouble falling asleep.
Cons: If you don't eat at the casino (which is horribly expensive) or Wendy's, you will be going back down the mountain for anything to eat. Also, the eggs in the morning are powdered and you can tell. They taste terrible. Also, I was informed that there is a really bad drug and crime problem on the reservation and that there isn't much being done about it. With that said, we didn't have any problems but I would not leave anything of value out in sight in a vehicle. I think this might also be the reason why you have to have your room key to get into the lobby late at night.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff, indoor pool for our grandson, common area in lobby.
Cons: Double beds - yikes.
3,7 Mediocre
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned well there was hair on the toilet and several places in the shower.. And the staff doesn't seem to communicate well with each other...

Cons: The only issue we had was the shower was a walk-in only and it didn't drain well. By the time two showers were complete you were standing in water.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: One bed was like a hammock the other one was Like a rock. The cleaning lady didn't clean well, just made the beds and replaced towels. Never vacuumed and the sink and shower were dirty. Never emptied or cleaned the coffee pot just dropped off two cups and supplies. The best news is that I never have to go there again!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the rocking chairs overlooking the river!
9,1 Excellent
Pros: When you arrive to Lloyds, you see a lodge/motel, as is the norm for majority of the Cherokee area. We were greeted by the front desk manager and enjoyed a pleasant conversation. He recommended many restaurants, along with sharing a map to assist with all their locations. Once we entered our room, it was not as expected, every room is different. Done have hard wood floors, some have paneling, etc. You walk through your room and out the back door onto a joined rear deck with plenty of rocking chairs overlooking the river. The serenity was great, the view was amazing, and the atmosphere won us over. We will return here for all of our future visits to the Cherokee area.
Cons: The paneling continued into the doors making then harder to close.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: We were allowed to change our reserved rooms to ones on the river w/ porches and rockers upon arrival. Very nice to sit out at night. My friends and I had side by side rooms. Rooms were decent.
Cons: Some units have very small bathrooms, including mine, but for me, it wasn't a problem at all. Motel is located a few miles out of Bryson, although it seems to be just as close to Cherokee. Not a long drive or anything. No complaints here.
6,2 Good
Pros: Creekside location. Room was clean. Checkin was pleasant.
Cons: Hotel room floor was uneven. Unlike other motels/hotels, there was no complimentary breakfast offered.

Pros: Large room, comfortable bed, free breakfast, nice massaging shower head, close to casino.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hubby and I stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. It was great with a great location near the casino. Not a big fan of Cherokee. All the local eateries are dirty, overpriced, and none were very good. The only thing going for the entire are is the casino.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable, and the location is great as we were there to go to Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Easy walk to the casino. Nice view of mountain from our room. The breakfast was good, nothing to write home about, but was hot and substantial and the coffee was good too. Will definitely stay here again and again.
Cons: There was nothing negative about our stay. We will be returning soon.
6,2 Good
Pros: Convenient to the casino
Cons: We had end unit street side and heard all traffic noise
5,1 Okay
Cons: No clean linen, for breakfast the egg and sausage was fake. The quality of the tv sucked . On Thursday you can't check in before 4:00, but on Friday you check in early...just piss me off. But the bed was very comfortable. The sitting chair need to be a recliner....was not worth $150 a night
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly close to casino.
Cons: Housekeeping should be later since at casino all night. We only got service one day out of four because we slept til 2
4,8 Okay
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Overall mediocre hotel with the basic necessities required for a stay. Staff were not abundantly friendly. For example, no one goes out of their way to greet you. Additionally, housekeeping feels that service only includes making of the bed.
3,6 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Desk Staff. Bedding. Weird policies. Cleanliness.

Pros: It was a short ride to the train stop and an easy drive to Bryson City for shopping and dining.
Cons: Great price compared to other hotels in Bryson City. It was in a quiet location too. From the front porch there was a nice view of the mountains. The room had a very strong odor of room deodorizer. The room also desperately needed updating as did the whole property.

Cons: Very poor AC, run down bathrooms,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Ridge Top is perfect for anyone who wants a room to call home base while doing the many activities around Bryson City. The rooms and property are clean and well kept by the owners who live on site. We found it to be Quite at night and has a charm of its own. You won't find a better place for the money in town and we will be staying there again the next time we visit the area. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with all the bells and whistles, this isn't the place, but if a comfortable well kept motel is your goal, book it now!
Cons: No Complaints here!
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The guy at the desk was very nice. The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for -- cheap, in Bryson City, no frills. Everything that you expect to work (hot and cold water, lamps, tv) worked well. We got decent WIFI as well but we're not sure whether it was actually the hotel's. The area was also really quite.
