Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, lack of service, and issues with breakfast and amenities. Many reported unclean rooms, maintenance problems, and unhelpful or understaffed service. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's central location and noted that some rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives in guest experiences.
