Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, unprofessional or even unsafe service, and a lack of value for the price paid. Many guests mention dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, cockroaches, and inadequate amenities such as missing towels, soap, or toilet paper. Several reviews also highlight issues with staff behavior, delayed check-in, and even serious security concerns. While a few guests appreciated the hotel's location near the railway station, overall satisfaction is very low, and the hotel is not recommended for families or those seeking a comfortable stay.
