Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to metro, shopping, and key city areas. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and some appreciated the overall cleanliness and amenities. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, such as booking problems, unprofessional front desk behavior, and poor room service. Cleanliness concerns, uncomfortable beds, and breakfast not meeting expectations were also mentioned. While the hotel offers good value for its location, improvements in service quality, room comfort, and breakfast transparency are needed.
