Pros:
Everything was good, I rented a jeep online and on pickup the person that came told me I can’t rent that SUV because I needed a credit card not a debit card with the visa logo, it was a disappointment because when I reserved the SUV it didn’t said I needed a credit card and I already made plans with that exact SUV because more people fit, instead they gave me an outlander that it was not that comfortable and it smelled like someone smoked marihuana everyday on it.Cons:
They would’ve gave me the SUV I reserved because it wasn’t my fault the online service didn’t specify I needed a credit card.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
The rental was interrupted asking to return the car because it was put to sell. They gave me another rental but they should have a policy to not rent a car if the client might get interrupted.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
I liked the price, it was a clean car and did its job getting me and the family to the other side of the island.Cons:
I don't like small cars. I'm use to my big truck back home where things fit with room to spare and I feel safer with my family knowing they are not in a small death trap of a car. I also tried calling them and got no answer after waiting 30 min on the phone listening to hold music.Allied
