Everything was good, I rented a jeep online and on pickup the person that came told me I can’t rent that SUV because I needed a credit card not a debit card with the visa logo, it was a disappointment because when I reserved the SUV it didn’t said I needed a credit card and I already made plans with that exact SUV because more people fit, instead they gave me an outlander that it was not that comfortable and it smelled like someone smoked marihuana everyday on it.They would’ve gave me the SUV I reserved because it wasn’t my fault the online service didn’t specify I needed a credit card.

The rental was interrupted asking to return the car because it was put to sell. They gave me another rental but they should have a policy to not rent a car if the client might get interrupted.

They treated me quickly, the assistant was extremely courteous and attentive to me. Even though the car I requested was not available, they gave me another car with upgrades.

Horrible serviceI did not liked anything. The system was not working properly so ended up using another car rental place and it was as bad as this one.Horrible. Got overcharged. Hidden fees. Its not clear at all and never was able to communicate with someone that could help me out with a rental. Never again. Thanks.

very smooth. Picked up car with 3/4 tank of gas, i mentioned to them as i left gate. they made a note. I returned with 3/4. no problem at all. though I took pictures of both just in case. Very smooth process

The price on line was $146.47 and on the airport the total was $339.39. The insurance was so expensive. And we don't have the best car.

No hassle picking up or dropping the car off. The transition went very smooth, the car was very clean and smelled very nice. The attendant was very nice and very helpful. I would rent a car from you guys again, thank you very much.Everything went well. No problems . would do it all over.

Value for the moneyI liked the price, it was a clean car and did its job getting me and the family to the other side of the island.I don't like small cars. I'm use to my big truck back home where things fit with room to spare and I feel safer with my family knowing they are not in a small death trap of a car. I also tried calling them and got no answer after waiting 30 min on the phone listening to hold music.

Thrifty PCEThe car was in good condition. The wait time wasn't bad. The employee that checked us out wad very pleasant, despite having dealt with a difficult customer prior to us.The car insurance was ridiculously priced. The rental was supposed to be $88 dollars we ended 5 paying $177.

Got our car 15 hours late.Clean, good car. Everyone involved in the process was very nice.When we arrived to pick up our car, there were no cars available and they didnt know when we would get one. The person said maybe tomorrow? So we had to start our drive up the coast 15 hours later than we wanted, and had to go back to the airport again, though Avis did footbthe bill for the cabs.
