When I returned the truck one girl was running the place by herself and a group of people built up she went out of her way and couldn't have been nicer and more polite to everyone there, she did an astounding job!!

We arrived a little later than expected and so the car they gave us was an upgrade from the one we expected, but for the same price. It was a very nice Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a trailer hitch which allowed us to bring our bicycles to a nice trail. Joseph was very helpful and nice. Check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient.

Cons:

I was lucky to see a poster about toll pass program, would not have known that I could drive through the e-z pass without stopping to pay. Would be good to consider final destination for customers to make sure they know those tips!

To actually get to pick up and use the truck that I rented...didn't happen...wasn't notified until 8:30am on the day of pickup which was supposed to happen @ 9am...30 minutes before pickup time, I am told the truck would not be available.
