Pros:Reserved car was ready for pickup and there was no line.
Cons:He attempted to convince me I had to pay a hidden $95 drop fee. He said I didn't select another location when I reserved the car. I showed him my confirmation email that shows me dropping at another location but he didn't care. I canceled the reservation.

Cons:Of course, I got a great deal through Kayak and hertz but I got a dink in the windshield and had to pay $75 for the repair which blew my cost savings.

Cons:They tried to give us a car with bald tires in the front and "insisted" they were safe. After an altercation they finally gave us another car. However this car was much smaller and we were barely able to fit our suitcases. This experience was horrible.
Cons:After reserving a car on Kayak.com from Enterprise, I promptly ordered a cab from my condo to go pick it up. As this is quite a rural area, it took the cab 20 or so minutes to arrive. While driving to the rental car location, I received a call from a local area code so I picked up. The rude woman on the phone told me they did not have a car. I told her I had reserved a car and was already on my way. She explained in a curt and nasty manner that they require 2 hour notice for reservations. To which I told her I was unaware because there was nothing listed on the Kayak website when I booked or in the confirmation email received shortly after. At this point, she started yelling at me about their policy and how Kayak is a third party and driver's need to abide by their specific policies and I need to do research before reserving a car next time. I asked how long she thought it might be and if I could sit and wait at the the pickup location and without reply, she transfered me to the location. A kinder gentleman told me they had no expected timeframe for how long it would be. I asked him to cancel my reservation. I promptly called a Hertz location nearby and picked up another car within the hour. Will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. Further, KAYAK needs to work with their providers to ensure they deliver customers accurate information about reservation policies etc.
