That I was able to rents a vehicle

Cons:

Staff could be friendlier they need better vehicles the first one driver seat felt worn out so I switch to a different one they had limited stock. Snd vehicle had lots of paint chips the one I’m driving m Better customer service and better quality selections of vehicle. They are the only rental company in the area

They gave away our car. We got a deal through Kayak. I guess they did not want to honor the deal so they rented our car to someone else for twice the price. As a result I would never use Enterprise car rental or Kayak again!

Pros:

Several employees at counter carried in personal conversations using curse words (unprofessional). First car had a flat tire, second car did not have full tank of gas. Enterprise off airport where I was suppose to pick up car had already closed so got car at airport. Was never informed the rate would be 300 plus dollars more per month.

Cons:

With regards to reservation, should have been j formed I could turn car in next day and pick up original car offsite which was substantially lower in cost.

Cons:

Enterprise switched the pickup location due to location construction but failed to notify me. I reserved a drop off location (anchorage airport) different than the pickup location but the lady at the pickup location then tried to charge me extra (over and above my reservation amount) to drop off at the airport which was shown on my reservation.. I ignored her "upcharge threats" and dropped off per my reservation details anyway. I will not rent from Enterprise in Anchorage again, it was not a pleasant experience

Had to travel to an offsite location. Would not accept any form of payment besides a credit card. I only use debit cards. The staff was unfriendly and offered no options. Had to spend $50 to get back to the airport. Used Budget instead.

The staff made it fast and easy. Short walk from the terminal. All was perfect

Cons:

The escalator was broken down, even after 10 days Being gone. So dangerous for us older people Lugging luggage up and down the steep cement Stairs. Lawsuit waiting to happen

We made a reservation with Dollar in Anchorage, AK expecting to be able to get to the rental location from the airport. The airport had a dollar rental car desk but was not where our reservation was. There was no shuttle to the other location and we were told the other location did not open until 8 a.m. our flight had been changed by the airline to leave at 8 a.m. this meaning we had to be at the airport by 6 a.m. Leaving no option but to use the airport location. They would not match the price we were quoted. The rental ended up costing us $800 MORE than we expected. Will not be using Dollar again.

Nothing stood out as being noticeably good. They were short staffed which had the one front desk worker a little stressed. He wasn't the friendliest, but then again neither am I when I'm stressed. Be sure to read the fine print before booking. There's a $500 mandatory hold if you use a debit card to pay. Also, there's a charge per day for additional drivers. If you're from out of state, they require to see your plane tickets confirming your return flight. And if you do not take their insurance option, you have to show them proof of your own personal car insurance and it has to be full coverage. Also, don't be like me and not check to see if this location is at the airport before booking. This location is not the one at the airport and it'll be about a $15 cab/uber ride to get there.
