Pros:
The price was so much better than rentals available at the airport and the choice and quality of their vehicles was also much better. The staff was very pleasant to deal with even with all the hustle and issues they were dealing with that day.Cons:
There was a 3-hour delay in my pick-up time. However, they more than made up for it with a discounted rate and an upgrade on my rental.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The car was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Hertz staff was great as always and easy to book with. They went over the extra insurance and noted what to do for when I drop the car off after hours.Cons:
I was forced to pay for winter tires despite it being against the law in new Brunswick to drive without them.5,2 Fair
