Booked a 7 seater last year and had the same model car again; good service and friendly staff
Cons:
Had to come back a day early as office not open on Sunday and Bank holiday Monday. Drop off / Pick up should be available 7 days a week in this day and age, especially for a service company.

Pros:
A comfortable, nimble, fast and economical car. Transported 4 of us 350 miles with ease.
Cons:
The sat nav in London was possibly the worst I've ever come across, it had obviously never been there before and hadn't a clue! Had lots of those terrible moments where we found ourselves driving in the opposite direction to where we should have been going. My memories of 30 years were much more effective.

The Telford road-building method was largely adopted for its innovation by many UK towns over the years, leaving the wide and well-maintained roads quite pleasant to drive on with your car rental. Central town streets are pedestrian-heavy but lack access for vehicles, meaning you will be free to drive without too much public congestion. It is always advisable to book a sat-nav with your car hire in Telford to assist with road congestion, roadworks and navigation if you are new to the area.
The predominant motorway that feeds into Telford is the M54 and traffic is generally well managed, with light congestion at the A464 turn-off. With the town using a roundabouts system in busier areas, Telford occasionally sees peak-hour congestion levels rise during the morning (7:00 to 9:00) and evening (16:00 to 19:00) rush hours. An area to avoid is the Whitchurch Drive and Bennetts Bank circle, as well as intersections leading off from the A442 dual carriageway into Telford.
