Pros:Booked a 7 seater last year and had the same model car again; good service and friendly staff
Cons:Had to come back a day early as office not open on Sunday and Bank holiday Monday. Drop off / Pick up should be available 7 days a week in this day and age, especially for a service company.
8,8 Very Good
Pros:A comfortable, nimble, fast and economical car. Transported 4 of us 350 miles with ease.
Cons:The sat nav in London was possibly the worst I've ever come across, it had obviously never been there before and hadn't a clue! Had lots of those terrible moments where we found ourselves driving in the opposite direction to where we should have been going. My memories of 30 years were much more effective.
