Cons:
Waited over an hour for a car that smelled like cigarettes had holes in the seeds and was absolutely disgusting. Do you have one person working the counter and 12 people in line.6,8 Okay

Pros:
I liked the fact that I received a hybrid vehicle for my long trip. The gas savings were great.Cons:
Both at pick up and drop off the door had a sign that the attendant would return in a few minutes. The car, when received was externally very dirty and had what looked like tape residue on some of the windows. This made inspection difficult, so much so that I missed a chip in the windshield thinking it was a dead bug. Luckily, it had already been reported. Additionally, I had reserved a mid-size car and received a compact. Since it was a hybrid and I was going on a long trip, I didn't complain, but I'm pretty sure that I over paid for a compact car.2,0 Poor

I liked ow quick the process was and how affordable the rental was.Cons:
They should tell you there is a MANDATORY $200.00 HOLD to be added to your total and placed on your credit card. You can nor pay with a debit card without a create check also.2,0 Poor

Cons:
I somehow booked the wrong location, 30 min from the airport. They would not let me change it unless I would pay $155. So I had to pay $80 for Ubers and it was very inconvenient. I’m not sure I’ll ever use Hertz again and will probably book direct in the future vs using KayakU-Save
