Cons: Car smelled of body odor from previous driver. Was forced to use the built in EZ Pass in the toll road because Ohio Turnpike doesn't have cash only lanes! forced to pay the extra EZ Pass fee when I didn't want it! ZERO pickup or delivery assistance. I walk with a cane and had to walk nearly a quarter mile from parking the car to the desk to drop the keys, late at night, outdoors in the cold.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: I was completely shocked to learn that Alamo does not take debit cards only credit cards. I almost found myself with having to go to somewhere else paying last minute prices. Fortunately my wife had a credit card, so we were okay. I was so upset about this. Kayak needs to make this immediately clear when I make the reservation. It was a very unpleasant surprise.

Cons: Car was older and had a bad tire roar when driving it. On the 4th day of my rental my schedule changed and I needed to get back to Tennessee. The airline couldn't get me a flight out, and Alamo was going to charge me almost 400.00 to drive the car from Toledo OH to Knoxville TN. I had to end up renting another car, which was a big headache, and drive back on a tight schedule. I probably should give an unlimited mileage rental a poor rating for wanting to charge me so much for a schedule change but to be nice we will call it mediocre.

Cons: Car a little dirty, but not bad
