I haven’t received my receipt by email yet. It’s been 24 hours since drop off. I really need my recipes so I can turn it in for reimbursement for work. With AVIS, they email my receipt immediately so it doesn’t slow down me getting paid. But I was happy with everything else7,6 Good

The car was mostly clean.Cons:
Any and all. The rental associate sounded like a used car salesman trying to nickel and dime you. I got inaudible sounds and shoulder shrugs when I didn’t take the “bumper to bumper” coverage, an extra $68/day. The first car I spend 10 minutes packing and installing a car seat sounded like I was dragging a bumper when I applied the brakes. The same associate told me it was because it sat for a week. I told her I’m not trusting my family to a car that has brakes that sound that bad. Car was changed and again she couldn’t help herself, “you could upgrade for another $258”. This was hands down the worst rental car experience. I felt like I was being set up and robbed all at the same time.4,0 Mediocre

The only real downfall was dropping off at a small airport. I had to find a proper spot to park the car, log the mileage and deliver all that info to the desk. I received an upgraded car because it needed to go to Appleton anyway. That was a nice treat. Very nice staff.10,0 Wonderful
