Pros:
How the hertz rental site( Joe's service station at 100 midstream rd in brick nj) where the rental was very helpful. They helped the confusion that hertz customer service caused. Where customer service dept tried to get them to tell us there wasn't a car to switch to. Took the time to get on the phone with customer service to ease the situation. How they took on the money differnce of the rental to the bigger car to get us on our way. Overall i give them a 5 star rating for there helpCons:
Didn't like how we rented a six person car and got a five seat car. The customer service tried to give us the run around that they couldn't help the situation. They claimed that the rental site didn't have a car to switch to but they did. How if this could take up to four hrs to complete the switch when the they found out that the rental site had a car to switch to. If it wasn't for the rental site we would there for hrs. Also the language barrier of the customer service tech didn't help either. Was hard to understand the conversion. It seemed to come down to the bigger vehicle cost more that hertz wasn't gonna eat the cost that rental place should which in the end they did to get us on our way Overall hertz needs to improve problem solving.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Budget agent was very kind and friendly, something happened with her system, she was supposed to be blocked for that weekend due to construction, but ended up coming in and getting me a car which was well appreciated. She also apologized about the cleanliness of the car due to the office technically being closed.Cons:
Car was filthy, inside and out. (which the agent apologized for), also felt I was overcharged, kayak quoted me at $111 for the day and I was charged $125, was not in any mood to negotiate with the agent and I needed the car.8,0 Very Good
