Pros:Ii really liked the fact that the rental company location actually called me to ahead of time to confirm by booking and go over everything with me ahead of time.
Cons:The vehicle was horrible. It was uncomfortable, it was extremely small, and to say it lacked any bare bones features is an understatement. Not even the driver had power seats- I mean, that is so ridiculous in 2019/2020. No navigation in the cars- gps should be standard, but if you can’t even give people cars with power seats you shouldn’t be renting them cars. The gas mileage was poor and it was beyond uncomfortable to sit in. I honestly disliked every minute I had to spend in the car and it was driven to California from Iowa so believe me the experience was horrible. I’ll never use enterprise again or this booking service.
Cons:Gave me a dirty car. Poor selection of vehicles. Customer service was poor. I had to wait 3 hrs for car rental to be processed even though my car rental was booked months in advanced.
Pros:The customer service mainline was very nice and knowledgeable.
Cons:The desk worker was terrible! He wouldn’t take a debit card even though that site’s policy is to accept them with proof of travel to or from that airport. When asked to see a manager, he said that he’s the front man and has worked there for 4 years so he knew more than a manager and he refused to get one. When I had a friend who works at enterprise corporate call, he told him that he didn’t believe that he works there and he could be anyone making that up. When all was said and done, I left and went to Hertz even though they were a bit more expensive.
Pros:The Customer Service to correct the error was outstanding
Cons:Two successfive years, two separate multi-car trips have been derailed by Enterprises' inability to fulfill my request. This year, I had requested two 12 passenger vans and have called 48 hours prior to confirm this. They assured me that the vans would be available and that they would call me if plans changed. This, however, did not occur and we were forced to change trip plans to accommodate. When I returned the vehicles, I did not receive a confirmation of charge, but did find an additional $200 had been billed to my credit card by error. Thankfully, the staff were able to fix this issue. I need to reserve more vehicles for next week, but I think it may be safer to rent elsewhere, even if it means driving further to pick them up.
Pros:The service was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The vehicle was just as promised and even had a little extra gas. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
