We got there 10 minutes before they officially opened and they rushed to help us anyway. The exact car was not available but they had two other cars with 7 seats and gave us the option to choose the larger but wait 20-30 min until it was cleaned or get into slightly smaller with the same number of seats.They need to open earlier.

The car was very cleanThe positive: the vehicle was very clean The rest: Customer service rep that worked with us made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy about even renting the vehicle. She said things like “this is my baby so please be careful with it”, “please drive carefully out there” (multiple times) and made it seem like it was her personal vehicle. And in text this sounds normal, but her tone, body language, facial expression, and general bluntness made me feel like I didn’t even want to take the car. If she was so worried about it getting damaged why even rent it out? I was so uncomfortable and worried about anything happening that we even returned it early. We had it rented for a full day (24hrs) for almost $100 but we just used it for what we needed and took it back 5 hours later. I was in such a rush to take it back that I forgot to put gas in it, so I probably got charged more. I haven’t checked yet. Lastly, I booked this rental through kayak. And when you’re checking out it recommends you purchase insurance. I did, and when we got there I showed her the insurance email and she looked at it, looked at me, and said “I don’t know what that is”. I explained how I bought it through kayak and she then told me they don’t take it and took our personal insurance information down before we could leave. All in all, the great cleanliness of the vehicle was not worth it. I do not recommend this location.

GreatWhen we arrived our full size car was not available so they had upgraded us to an SUV, a new model year Nissan Rogue. This was a fine car but as we had a 1300 mile round trip ahead of us we were concerned about the decreased mpg efficiency. To help alleviate this concern they 'comped' the gas that was in the tank, marking our contract to show us leaving with empty tank, while in reality we had 3 /4 tank full. We also were pleasantly surprised at the highway mpg of the Rogue. the check out and check in process was fast an easy.

Excellent serviceI was greeted at the door by Rob and found that they had 40 rentals booked for the day and only a Suburban in stock which they offered to upgrade me to at no additional charge. Nice offer but I was traveling to Edmonton, Alberta and was concerned about fuel economy. They ended up bringing a mid size SUV to my work and discounting the rate for the additional fuel cost. Throughout the process they were repeatedly concerned about the inconvenience to me and wanted to make sure I was alright. Asking them to do anymore would have just been downright greedy. All in all exemplary service all round.The car I'd booked wasn't available but that was addressed splendidly. Also didn't like how far away Provo is from my home in Eagle Mountain but the prices were much better and couldn't ask for better service.
