Pros:
Realized I made a mistake on the dates I needed and was unable to change or cancel the reservation. I was finally able to cancel a week later, but of course the time limit had expired and I wound up paying 67% of the rental for absolutely nothing. I attempted emailing Kayak to alter the dates, just got a robo response that you were on it. I then tried to just cancel it with the same response only. I never heard another word from you. Hertz said there was nothing they could do and of course I got no help from Priceline so thanks for nothing, I don't see any value in using Kayak when I can get the same deals or better other places. Not to mention I can alter or cancel my reservation when I book directly.Cons:
