Michael was extremely helpful with securing my rental. He was very considerate and patient.Cons:
I encountered 2 issues. First, the cigarette charger was inoperable in the vehicle which caused a delay in our departure. We have 3 toddlers and some form of entertainment was a paramount. We evenly came up with a work around as well as found a Auto Zone to replace the blown fuse. Second, the numbers available to call for extention were unmanned and I was told the one number on the keychain was 24/7. The contract was extended with success however a courtesy call or text would have saved a lot of heartache and stress wondering if messages and email request were received.10,0 Wonderful

I paid for the rental online, but when I arrived to pick up the rental they didn't have record of me paying. The money had been taken out of my account but I was unable to get rental.4,0 Mediocre

I ubered to the Norcross Hertz and arrived at 9. Employee told me they didn't have the van I needed. It would've been nice if they had called to tell me this before I spent $30 on the Uber to get there. I then had to Uber to the Lawrenceville location to get the van I needed. Upon bringing the van home I realized the back was littered with mud and hay.9,2 Wonderful

The drop off was easy but I would suggest to others to get the final invoice when dropping and don't leave it to them to send by email. I was charged extra for extra time which was not right and it is too much of hassle to get reimbursement.2,0 Poor

No. The guy name Tony was awful. I have a case going against Avis I called their customer service because they lied to me I made a reservation I receive text messages and my car was available and that guy Tony told me that they didn't have any cars I arrived 8 a.m. of the day a picking up my car per his request and make sure I'd have a car I got there before the location open up we open he told me he didn't have any cars and call me later on that day that he didn't have any although I had a reservation and I receive text messages at the car was available for me to pick up at his location. I'm in process of filing discrimination charges against that location which was not Lilburn my reservation got transferred to Tucker location reason being I have problems with the attitude of the representatives at the Lilburn location and I had also called about themCons:
