Pros: I think I was upgraded to a full size vehicle (Ford Taurus) from the compact car I originally requested, without any additional cost. I appreciate how Enterprise has a key drop off for after hour drop offs. I've rented from this Enterprise several times and have never had an issue.
Cons: Enterprise could use a parking stall for renters to be dropped off and picked up

Pros: We booked online, picked car up with ease. Upgraded and smooth process. We've used Enterprise last year also on BC. All good!

Pros: Great check-in experience (and checking in, as well, once the rental began) and absolutely great support when we needed to extend our rental by one day. Look forward to using this Enterprise office again!
