I asked for a Hyundai kia suv and they didnt have one. I wanted a vehicle that was raised off the ground because some sites we to see had terrible roads. They said it was a upgrade but it didnt meet my needs. They should let me know if they can not provided me the car I wanted before I went to pick it up. Also why doesnt the rental companies open late in alburquerque? My plane from New York arrives at 11:30 pm and couldnt get a rental at that time to drive to Roswell. Other than that the men at Enterprise were nice.2,0 Poor
