Pros: The guy was nice a fould us an other car from an other rental, for the same price
Cons: Avis location is in the middle of nowhere, we had to take a cab, arrived at "AVIS" no car available

Disaster
Cons: We showed up at the Avis agency with our confirmation documents, to be informed that they do not honor day rentals from cruise ship passengers. There was another German family from our ship (Celebrity Summit) with the same problem. We wasted over 1 hour and a lot of money shifting our plans. A very disappointing experience!
