i booked economic car,when i get to the office my car wasn't available delayed 2.30h and all things i told them was changed somehow ,i booked 1 way coz of being late with 1100 mles to drive i didnt pay attention if they put 2 way trip charges were fair $ 250 for 2 days ended up charging me $442 because i made one way which i was telling them before printing receipt..............something sad flight option was $ 340 to my place. so sad!!!!Budget

They called me a day before my scheduled pick up date to tell me they did not have ANY cars to rent me. I will never use them nor recommend them again. I have many friends who rent from them an all were made aware of this. They didn’t give any alternatives or recommendations on who may have them very dissatisfiedCons:

Car was a smoker , couldn’t return it since they were closed already , car was not built for long drive. Weekend hours that they don’t have .rep on the phone act like he was doing you a favor ,and in a rush to get off the. Phone . charged my card for deposit and addl charge when I dropped off , had wait 3 days for the credit back on the card7,6 Good

Long wait to pick up car. Processing took almost 45 minutes since there was two customers ahead of us. Also, was inconvenient to have to use debt card and have additional money on hold.
