Jake from the Airport Rd. office called to make sure I wanted his (Brainard Airport) office in Hartford, and not them more likely Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, serving the Hartford area. Thay was going above and beyond and saved me a LOT of trouble. The Bradley shop honored the rate (with higher taxes) and were friendly and professional. I have been scammed by the Alamo/National tactics and highly recommend Enterprise over those two chains.Cons:
Only that the website didn't make the location abundantly clear. The system should know that "Hartford" might mean Bradley and alert the buyer. That may be Kayak's problem, not sure.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
When I brought back the car I mentioned that it smelled of smoke, That was something I had not noticed when I picked the car up but as the week went on the smell got stronger. The young man helping me asked how he could help and I told him I would appreciate not having to pay the $50 fee for dropping the car off at a different location. He asked me to come to the office and the manager there gave me a $25 credit, she could not waive the entire $50 fee but she and her staff's response was so positive and so quick I was fine with the $25.7,6 Good

Picking up after booking at Bradley Hartford airport was a bit of a hassle. When you book the car you book in Hartford but the enterprise courtesy van takes you to an enterprise in Windsor Locks. Their taxes are higher and they try to charge me $100 more. To pick up enterprise in Hartford was 15 minutes away and their courtesy van would not take me. However they told me I could call Uber. After a bit of talking back-and-forth he finally agreed to honor the price that I got.10,0 Wonderful

Was not a far drive to get there.Cons:
A lot of the problems that I had were because their website was not up to date and did not advertise anything very well. When I went to go pick up my rental vehicle I arrived at the wrong location. They claimed that they had moved to another location, but there is nothing to suggest that online. When I finally got to the facility, they added an additional service fee that even they admitted to not advertising on their website. This makes no sense to me and is very infuriating. The car they wanted to give to me at the time was also missing part of the front grill. If i have a reservation, the car should be properly prepared and ready when I pick it up. In addition to this, they wanted the total payment, plus the service fee and a $250 deposit up front instead of what they had advertised which was $30 upfront and the rest when I dropped it of. This was the last straw for me and I ended up canceling my reservation and not renting from them at all. I do not recommend ACE at all to anyone. In fact I am so disappointed by their service that I am making it a point to tell everyone DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!Avis
