My pickup was horrible. I had to deal with the rudest, meanest, horrible person I have ever met. I am 70 years old and I was spoken to with such disrespect it was unbelievable. I actually dreaded turning in the car because I might be dealing with the same person. Thank God I had a very kind person when I did my return. I can not understand why Enterprize would ever employ a person with such bad social skills. The car I rented was toyota and the seats were uncomfortable both me and my passenger had back aches when we got home. Also a maintenance message popped up and scared me. I didn't know if the car was going to break down. They need to improve on the cruise control features and the light dimming features. It was fairly good on gas and had room enough for our luggage. If i have to rent a car in the future I will not go thru enterprize unless I can be guaranteed I wouldn't have to deal with the woman that checked me in again.

Airport staff was wonderful it was quick easy in and easy out for pickup and drop off. The vehicle itself had all the creature comforts including phone accessibility which helped with the long ride Bluetooth features for the phone etc.The only thing that could have been better was something a little closer to home but even the 25 minute ride to get the vehicle wasn't terrible.

Staff was friendly.The vehicle was filthy inside. There were crumbs everywhere in the back seats. The non smoking car was definitely smoked in a reeked of cigarettes. The navigation screen was busted. On top of all that, one of the tires had a significant leak and I had to put air in it several times. Very bad experience.

Staff in ROA very friendly, no one met me in MYR - little unsettling to return car with a representative checking me out.
The first thing that was difficult.... The location was not as list on the reservation. It was recently changed. The car was great. When I returned the car I was told that I didn't need to do anything, My bill was $187.00 but when I checked my credit card statement I was charged $387.00. I now need to to the drop off location to make asure that I am not over charged. I am not a happy person.

The staff was helpful, and pickup and drop off were easyThe car reeked of cigarettes. It was quite overpowering and I could smell it on my jacket after getting out of the car. As a family of non smokers, traveling with a young child, it was kind of gross and embarrassing.

The staff was very helpful and kind.The car was NOT clean...at all. There was trash under the drivers seat and it appears that someone spilt a milkshake on the shift stick/center console. I have a hard time believing that if the car was this dirty, that it could have been “sanitized!!” If I had not traveled almost an hour to visit my son, I would have returned the car to exchange.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the address I was given to drop off the vehicle in Tucker, Ga, was not the location. My GPS took be to a totally different building. Needed to make a call to find where I was to go. Return desk acknowledged it has been an issue.Only car I have rented over the last couple of years that did not have active XSM radio or navigation.

When at the counter I was told that it would be released upon return of car. Great price for a 3 day weekend rental but couldn't get over how dirtyGreat price for a full size car and super quick easy pickup at the airport.Even though the price was great for a Hyundai Sonata we just couldn't get over how dirty, old, well used the car was. The car had close to 40,000 miles and looked it. Large deep scratch down the drivers side but the worst part was the filthy upholestry and windows. We had to stop 2 different times to clean all of the interior windows because you just couldn't see through the haze. The towels were black, literally black after wiping them down. The seats could not be cleaned. This was not a quick wipe up of a spill, this was deep down stained over the years dirty. While the price was great and it was indeed a nice large size car the dirty and super well used automobile makes me score a lot lower than usual.

Staff we friendly enough at the National center and easy to reach by phone.The hours of pick-up did not match what I needed and the KayakRental car site did NOT give me that information. Luckily, I called ahead and would have had to pay an extra day just to get a pick-up BEFORE 8 a.m. I know that the flight schedule in Roanoke, VA is not large, but not to be able to pick up a car before 8 when that is the only outlet for National is a bit unlucky.

they were closed at the appointed timeThe National desk at the airport wa closed when we arrived at the scheduled pick up time. We set up the rental to be picked up at 9pm, which should have given us the hour from 9-10 to pick up that vehicle. We arrived less than 5 minutes after 9 and the desk was unattended. No one tried to contact us to ask us to arrive earlier or explain that they couldn't honor the reservation. Completely unacceptable.
