This is the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. They have cheap prices and they have roach infestations in their vehicles. Their customer service sucks. I could go on with more negatives. If you rent from this company after reading this you are asking for trouble.

Did not have a car to rent once we arrived at our destination. Asked us to wait but couldn’t guarantee we would get an SUV that we paid for. Nor would they comp for a smaller vehicle. Got rude when asked to cancel the reservation all together.

No gas, car was just in an accident and had a fender falling off I had to put duck tape on it to prevent it from falling off. No other cars. Never again!! Customer's heed my warning!!

NEVER GOT THE CAR WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYCARS WHEN I ARRIVED SAID THERE WERE THREE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME WAITING FOR CARS AND THEY COULDNT GUARANTEE I WOULD EVEN GET A CAR EVEN THOYGH I HAD PREPAID FOR THE RENTAL. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN. KAYAK AND PRICELINE SHOULD DROP THEM.
