Pros: Nice car. Courteous Hertz rep and very quick check-in

Disappointed
Pros: The pick up and drop off was easy and stress free.
Cons: I had asked for a mini van and when I went to pick it up they didn't have one and gave me a Ford Expedition that was 4 wheel drive. Which for horrible gas miliage and was so top heave once I got my family in there I had asked for a mini van for a reason. Not an SUV.
