The drop off was easy. The car was filled to half when I got it. So i didn’t need to put much gas in.Cons:
I do not like the notice that I am still responsible for the vehicle after drop off since they are closed. I was basically coaxed into dropping the $9 Allianz insurance and purchasing their $25 a day insurance because apparently Allianz would not cover me quick enough in case of an accident.10,0 Wonderful

When I reserve a car a 2 weeks in advance and call night before to verify reservation, it would be nice to actually have a car available. Need to call customers ahead of time to let them know there are no cars available so that customer can make alternative plans and not waste time driving to location.2,0 Poor

Drop off was easy but the pickup was a major issue. 2hr wait and didn't get the size vehicle I paid for. Also, the vehicle had sensors going off, brake lights didn't work, and got the car on empty gas tank.Cons:
Better support, customer service, and coordination. Reserved a month in an advance and got treated like I just reserved the prior day. Will never rent through Hertz again.9,2 Wonderful
