I thought I loved the price. But actually I have no idea what the cost will be. I was supposed to get an email from Enterprise. I was supposed to get a phone call from the office I rented from in Lafayette, LA. I got neither.Cons:

My car rental location was not at the airport where I landed. I had asked for Lafayette LA airport and was given an off-site location that was closed when I landed. Hertz managers did not help and left me stranded without a car and unable to get to my hotel an 1:45 mins away. Very disappointed.9,2 Wonderful

This store is extremely busy and insurance paid rentals take longer to process than other types of reservations so they could use more employees to handle the ongoing demand for their cars. The parking lot is very small so it is hard to maneuver in it.VIPCars Recommendation
