Booked a car and the store it was book at is temporaryly closed...my personal car broke down in the parking lot and the closest store refused to come to me.(gasden) I had to walk 6 miles to penske to finally get a rental costing me 3 times as much since I needed a car not a 16ft box truck. Overall a horibel experiance. I started a curior buissness this week, this was my first trip. I planed on useing enterprise on a weekly basis....based on the service i was provided then left on the side of the road and making my first trip with my new company a nightmare and costing me money when I should have walked away with a lucrative couple of days I wouldent suggest nor recomend enterprise for any occation. I was jerked around...blown off....then treated like I was a nucense. Mistakes happen but this goes far beyond a mistake this is complete disapointment2,0 Poor

Only good part was the ease of reserving through kayak.Cons:
The local office failed to inform me of all the extra money I would need and were wanting to charge almost double for just the rental. I got to the office and was completely surprised when I would have to pay $193 plus $200 deposit for a $127 rental. Needless to say they ruined my weekend and I missed my best friends wedding.8,0 Very Good
