Pros: Super friendly and they actually answered the local phone to assist us prior to our cruise ship arrival! At the counter they were fantastic, made sure we had all the info to make the most of our one-day rental in Sydney.Cons: They had pickup from the ship/harbor, but were closed at after noon on a Sunday so we had to take a cab back to the ship. Only $10 but shuttle both ways would be extra grand.

Easy Rental in SydneyPros: It was very convenient to get to the location as there was a shuttle that we saw just as we exited the ship at the port of Sydney. The car was clean and comfortable and we really liked the fact that they had pre-printed directions for some of the most popular sites in the area—and the car had Sat Nav as well.

Cons: Website gave me a car but when we got to the place they said they have no cars? This has happened twice in our vacation and has runed most of our vacation. Stuck on PEI Island for 3 days with out a car when we had a confirmation number and all... apparently it doesn't mean anything

Great servicePros: The enterprise rep was very helpful, he made adjustments to our booking and looked for different options for us. The car we got was awesome and almost brand new. And we didn't have to worry about finding a gas station before dropping it off because we knew the gas price they chsrged per litre was you going to be reasonable. Overall, really happy.

Cons: As usual car rentals do not go smoothly. After their computer said that I could drop the car off at the Canandaigua store, when I picked up the car I was told it had to be returned to an airport location. That meant going to Rochester which required my daughter to go along. She then quoted me a price which did not match the computer's total, even with the change in the return location. Fortunately for me she did change that portion of the rental.
