Pros: Absolutely nothing.Cons: I made a reservation and paid $25 (both ways!) to travel by Uber from airport ATL to the off-airport store. Enterprise had no cars that day and may have some the next day and advised I could wait. They took my reservation and wanted me to wait after taking and confirming my reservation? Are you kidding. I would like a refund of the $50 it took to travel round trip from ATL. Until I develop Alzheimer's and forget this incident, I will never rent from Enterprise again. Never! Ever!

Pros: We had to wait 30 min for our car to be ready, despite having a reservation.Cons: We had to pay over $90 just to rent a car for 24 hours - not a great value.

Pros: When it came time for the rental , they said they did not have a car for me. When I asked why they had not called to let me know, they said they did not have my telephone number despite the fact that I could not have cosed out the reservation page without providing a phone #.So much for my trip.Cons: Customer service

Ran out of cars!!!!Cons: Rented the car three days before pick up. As I’m driving to the location to pick up the location calls me to tell me they have no cars today, and none are scheduled to come in. Sorry. I asked them to find me another location that has cars, said they are all out. So I’m to believe the entire city of Atlana all decide to rent cars from every Enterprise branch on a random Saturday? My Uber driver overhearing my conversation says he’s knows another location nearby, we drive there. I call enterprise’s 800 number and have my reservation transferred there and I’m in an upgraded pick up truck within 30 minutes. So..... thanks Uber. And while they were out of compacts they gave me a pick up at same price. Sounds like a deal but the gas mileage was half. Nice truck though. This second location was 10 minutes away from the original one. Clearly the employee at the Jonesboro location was too lazy or not willing to help me find another car. I did it myself in 5 minutes. Boo, Enterprise.

Book here only if you have hours to wait for your carPros: Bryan was very friendlyCons: Made an appointment for 11, I arrived at 10:35. To help speed things up before I arrived I prepaid and checked in prior to. The guy at the desk was friendly and fast. His attitude was pleasant despite the fact he was alone with a lobby full of unhappy customers. After 3 hours of waiting, which made me super late for work, I finally got the car. I didn’t bother to look for scratches, dents, or dings.. I grab the keys and left. Chances of me using this location again... slim to none.

Shady operationPros: We made reservation 4 weeks in advance and paid then. When we arrived to pickup the car, they had rented it to someone else and had no other vehicles to rent us.Cons: Manager would not speak with us. Very unprofessional behavior by their employee. Will never use Hertz again. They did not succeed in ruining our vacation!

Mediocre Value for Product ReceivedPros: Location and ease of pick up and drop off is nice. Check in is pretty painless with prepaid reservation. Though is does look like it could bottleneck very quickly in a busy time due to limited workstations, only 2 I think where I can see people having to wait unnecessarily long to pick up or return the vehicle. XM/Sirius Radio included with rental was a nice touch. Everywhere else charges you by the day to add.Cons: I rent a car for weekend travel nearly every week. This was my first time using Hertz and I was not overly impressed. The car, a 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE, was the poorest car I have rented yet. It was pretty small for a "standard" car. The interior was stained and exterior showed some age desite being a relatively new car.. Though "washed", the car was still pretty dirty exterior wise when given to me. The features on the car looked to be pretty basic compared to what is offered by other companies in cars similarly or lesser priced. The Rental Agent offered me a "very nice upgrade" that was $50 more per day than what I was renting---hardly an enticement. When I declined the upgrade offer, he pulled a set of keys out of his shirt pocket for my car.It was as if, he was saying, "Since you declined the upgrade, you will have to take this." Again, the car was not even ready for me to take. He had to take it back to get washed, which I previously mentioned was not very well done. No floor mats in the car. Again, while my overall experience was not horrible, I did expect better.

Never again through a Third partyCons: This is a nightmare. When I went to pick up the car they didn't have one in stock and offered to get me one that was lower that what I paid for. He said he wouldn't upgrade me because it would be more money nor could he give me money off, so I cancelled it right then and there and NEVER picked up the car. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND FOR THIS PURCHASE. There is no one to call for Kayak and when I called priceline they said I needed to call Hertz, and when I called Hertz they claimed it would take 3-5 business days as it happened with a third party. I will never rent through a third party anymore. And on top of all that the clerk had a nasty attitude. Never again!

Not what you might think!Pros: I did like the car I had!Cons: What I didn’t like is my wait time picking up my vehicle and The representative never informed me about The shuttle times !My car wasn’t clean at all , the windows was hard to look out of when driving at night!!!! I paid to much money for poor service!!

Major disappointmentPros: NothingCons: I booked a rental vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr before I was supposed to pick up they called me and told me they had no vehicles. I was supposed to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and all rental companies close to me closed in an hr. I had to make a lot of calls and could only find a vehicle 1hr away for more money. Extremely dissatisfied

No carsPros: I did receive a phone call notifying me.Cons: No cars available to honor reservation. I did receive a phone call about 30 minutes prior to my reserved pick up time notifying me of the situation. Not much help when you need a car though. No attempt to help me secure a rental with another company, no assistance at all.

Worst experience renting a vehicle. Poor service,Pros: NothingCons: Being my vehicle would be there at 12pm, was there at 11;30 am told to come back at 12;00. Came back 12;00 no vehicle. Agent then told me it would be 45 minutes Late. Had to leave was on a tight schedule planned months before. Recieved call from agent at 1;17 pm that vehicle had finally arrived. I should have been notified at 11;30 the vehicle was not going be there. Will never rent from this office again. Had to rearrange whole vacation schedule at the last minute on thanksgiving eve.
