I made a reservation and paid $25 (both ways!) to travel by Uber from airport ATL to the off-airport store. Enterprise had no cars that day and may have some the next day and advised I could wait. They took my reservation and wanted me to wait after taking and confirming my reservation? Are you kidding. I would like a refund of the $50 it took to travel round trip from ATL. Until I develop Alzheimer's and forget this incident, I will never rent from Enterprise again. Never! Ever!8,8 Very Good

Lower rates, and clean car. Other customers were brought out a clean car, this red chevy was not clean. Then csr tried to charge me extra when I put $20 of gas in it. It had less than a half of tank of gas upon receiving the flop. Terrible!Avis
