Never got the vehicle. You all did not tell us that all the vehicles were rented out....Cons:
Contact customer and tell them something v/s letting them go to the place and there is no vehicle. Will never use Kayak again...2,0 Poor

I made a reservation and paid $25 (both ways!) to travel by Uber from airport ATL to the off-airport store. Enterprise had no cars that day and may have some the next day and advised I could wait. They took my reservation and wanted me to wait after taking and confirming my reservation? Are you kidding. I would like a refund of the $50 it took to travel round trip from ATL. Until I develop Alzheimer's and forget this incident, I will never rent from Enterprise again. Never! Ever!8,8 Very Good

Made an appointment for 11, I arrived at 10:35. To help speed things up before I arrived I prepaid and checked in prior to. The guy at the desk was friendly and fast. His attitude was pleasant despite the fact he was alone with a lobby full of unhappy customers. After 3 hours of waiting, which made me super late for work, I finally got the car. I didn’t bother to look for scratches, dents, or dings.. I grab the keys and left. Chances of me using this location again... slim to none.8,8 Very Good

We made reservation 4 weeks in advance and paid then. When we arrived to pickup the car, they had rented it to someone else and had no other vehicles to rent us.Cons:
Manager would not speak with us. Very unprofessional behavior by their employee. Will never use Hertz again. They did not succeed in ruining our vacation!2,0 Poor

Went to go pick up the car turns out they didn’t have it. Since we booked through kayak and not directly through hertz, couldn’t get a bigger size vehicle and told us to contact kayak instead.One location in Morrow

We live in Griffin and did not know their policy of must be resident of ATL, have 2 bills to confirm address and don't accept debit cards! We do not use credit cards.2 locations in Morrow

I booked a rental vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr before I was supposed to pick up they called me and told me they had no vehicles. I was supposed to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and all rental companies close to me closed in an hr. I had to make a lot of calls and could only find a vehicle 1hr away for more money. No cars available to honor reservation. I did receive a phone call about 30 minutes prior to my reserved pick up time notifying me of the situation. Not much help when you need a car though. No attempt to help me secure a rental with another company, no assistance at all.2,0 Poor

Being my vehicle would be there at 12pm, was there at 11;30 am told to come back at 12;00. Came back 12;00 no vehicle. Agent then told me it would be 45 minutes Late. Had to leave was on a tight schedule planned months before. Recieved call from agent at 1;17 pm that vehicle had finally arrived. I should have been notified at 11;30 the vehicle was not going be there. Will never rent from this office again. Had to rearrange whole vacation schedule at the last minute on thanksgiving eve.9,6 Wonderful
