Stop letting people make reservations if you don’t have the car. Don’t let me reserve a pickup truck and let me find that you don’t even have one on lot when I arrive. Who does that? It should be a no brainer. Enterprise is utter trash

When we reserved the car at noon it didn’t showed the closing time is noon so when we showed up at 12:30 the employee won’t be able to help us! Not even get us a car at their other rental office. Not helpful at all!

Nothing.

Cons:

The location I was given to pick up the car was closed, and had been for months. The next closest Hertz did not have any cars available. I had to go to another car rental company entirely. I don't know how the system allowed me to make a reservation here. I had to spend an hour on the phone afterward to be sure I got a refund for the whole ordeal.
