They had no cars available for pick-up at my 11am pick-up time - claimed they had to be washed. Said it would take two hours to get it done. They didn't even realize I was going to be picking up a car. I needed the car to get to an appointment across the state, so I canceled the reservation. Also, the attendant on site was not very friendly, barely courteous. Didn't seem like he wanted to be there at all, and had zero concern for my need to have a vehicle. No signs instructing you where to drop off vehicle. It was a one way rental so I didn't pick it up there. It was inconvenient because she made me go back to mall parking to pull car up to front door which was difficult to findBudget

there was only one person working during a time when the internet was down. It took me a total of two hours to do a simple one day rental. There should have been no less that four people working during this trying time. The car that was rented to me was filthy. It smelled like sweat and cigarettes. I could not wait to get out of it.
