Pros: The drop off was great - easy and a staff member Erin even gave us "a spin up" to the train station, which made it possible for us to catch the train in time with all our baggage.
Cons: Staff trained to very aggressively push extra insurance - refused to provide car without letter from credit card, finally manager interceded and said email could work. Got email (Sapphire Reserve, a well-known card) and my guy tried to deny it because "Worldwide coverage" didn't specify Ireland.
